Chamber-View®, LLC, innovators of highly visual firearms safety products, is pleased to announce a sponsorship with Doug Koenig, world champion shooter, lifelong hunter and television host. Koenig has always emphasized and been an advocate of safety when handling firearms. Chamber-View® and Koenig share a strong passion for firearm safety, which makes this sponsorship particularly exciting.

“We are thrilled to team up with Doug Koenig as our newest sponsored shooter,” commented Gail Cook, president of Chamber-View®. “His passion for the shooting sports and commitment to firearm safety and education line up perfectly with our company mission. Together, we hope to educate all firearm enthusiasts on the importance of safe firearms handling with the use of Chamber-View® Empty Chamber Indicators (ECIs).”

As a Chamber-View® sponsored shooter, Koenig will proudly display the Chamber-View® logo on the sleeve of his shooting jersey, promoting Chamber-View®’s innovative ECIs at his competitions; Koenig can be seen competing next at the 2015 MidwayUSA & NRA Bianchi Cup National Championship May 20 – 23, 2015 in Columbia, MO.

Koenig will also incorporate Chamber-View®’s ECI’s into his TV Show, “Doug Koenig’s Championship Season,” in which he promotes an outdoor lifestyle, shooting sports and hunting. The show provides insight into what it takes to become a champion, and gives a glimpse into the family and personal life of the world’s greatest all around shooter.

“As a World Champion Shooter, Host of an outdoor TV Show and father, I’ve been around firearms my entire life. The most important thing to me is firearms SAFETY and Chamber-View® is a product which re-enforces that message. With its Blaze Orange color, it provides instant recognition that the firearm is safe. ALL firearms owners and shooting sport enthusiasts should have this piece of equipment in their firearms. It’s what will be in all of my firearms,” remarked Koenig.

Koenig first started shooting competitively when he was 17 years old. Before considering sport shooting, he was an avid hunter. His first competitive match was in the winter of 1986, and from that moment on, he was bitten by the competitive bug. A potent combination of speed, accuracy and skill has helped him to succeed in various competitions, from the Bianchi Cup to the Steel Challenge. With nearly three decades worth of professional shooting experience under his belt, he finds motivation, and fuels his hunger to win, by shifting his focus across disciplines throughout the year.
