Cimarron Firearms Company Signs Laura Burgess Marketing (LBM)

LBM to bring the pride and fun of owning frontier-style firearms to a broader audience through new marketing initiatives.

Laura Burgess Marketing LogoFredericksburg, Texas (October 2017) Cimarron Firearms, recognized as the leader in quality and authenticity in Old West replica firearms, has signed Laura Burgess Marketing (LBM) to expand the brand’s message through new channels and into new markets. LBM will provide public and writer relations, as well as work with the Cimarron marketing team to develop a deeper connection with current and new customers through content marketing initiatives.

“We are very excited to be working with this dynamic company and their amazing products,” Laura Burgess, President of LBM added. “There is so much material, whether it is about the firearms or the people that carried and used the original models. These are the stories that make us who we are and we look forward to connecting, sharing and building some great relationships for Cimarron with the media and new customers.”

“Cimarron Firearms is a well-known and respected name in our share of the marketplace,” Jamie Wayt, Vice President of Media for Cimarron Firearms said. “We wanted to capitalize on that and move forward to continue to grow this brand with new sport shooters. Owning a piece of our American history brings into context not only our firearms history, but how our country was founded, grew and moved west. Besides, we want everyone to know how much fun it is to shoot a replica revolver or rifle. We chose LBM because, like us, they are family owned and operated and have the ability to move rapidly between markets and have a great rapport with the media within our industry.”

Cimarron Firearms new products include the Bad Boy, a modern classic design with octagon barrel, Pre-War frame, Army grip, and flat top with adjustable sights. Whether you’re a hunter, target shooter or just looking for some grizzly protection, the Bad Boy earns its name. Cimarron has also introduced an exact copy of the original 1876 Texas Ranger “Presidio” short rifle. This unique piece of history is offered in .50-95 caliber with a 20” octagon barrel, carbine butt stock, saddle ring, and a Henry type ladder rear sight. “Texas Rangers Co. E – Para muerte de diablos – Presido Del Norte – Texas, 1883” engraved on the sideplate, which roughly translates to “For death of devils”.  Continuing with the Texas Rangers Cimarron has introduced the Texas Ranger Laser Engraved Frontier.  It is available in .45LC and is offered in a 4 ¾” barrel.  The Texas Rangers are part of the history of Texas and the Old West. In honor of their vigilance and service, Cimarron Firearms Co. has partnered with the Texas Rangers Museum to bring you a beautiful laser engraved “Texas Ranger” Frontier. The polished nicked plated finish shines in contrast to the intricate engraving pattern, featuring the immortal phrase, “One Riot, One Ranger” emblazoned across the ejector rod. This striking firearm has been endorsed by the Former Texas Rangers Foundation. Cimarron Firearms Co. donates a portion of the sale price to the development of the new Texas Ranger Heritage Center in Fredericksburg, Texas.
