DICK’S Sporting Goods® is hosting their DICK’S Fishing Experience Expo Aug. 7 – 9, 2015 at 258 Westshore Plaza in Tampa, Florida. The weekend event will feature a 4,000 gallon bass tank, in partnership with Redbone® Performance Salt Tackle and Calico Jack. Hourly fishing seminars by DICK’S pro staff at the bass tank will occur Friday and Saturday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. (4 p.m. on Sunday).
Throughout the entire Fishing Experience Expo weekend, DICK’S will be hosting “Enter to Win” sweepstakes with giving customers chances to win prizes and gear from top brands, such as Redbone®, Costa Del Mar®, Daiwa, Hummingbird®, Minn Kota®, Penn®, Tsunami, as well as local inshore fishing charter trips. Sweepstakes prizes range from $99 to $1,999 in value!
For first timers or the seriously addicted fishermen, DICK’S Fishing Experience Expo will showcase saltwater fishing tackle and gear from Redbone® and Calico Jack, along with many other international brands. Additionally, local fishing Captains and fishing pros will be hosting free seminars focusing on local hot spots, fishing tactics and the gear they use to bring in the big ones.
“Addictive Fishing” Captain Blair Wiggins will also be making an appearance on Saturday, Aug. 8 from 2 to 5 p.m. Come meet the Mogan Man! “Addictive Fishing,” a Sportsman Channel weekly fishing show, takes viewers along for a wild adventure to some of the most interesting fishing destinations on the planet.
