Italian Gun Grease (IGG) sponsored pro-team shooter, Mike Sexton, has had a successful two weeks competing for Italian Gun Grease. Sexton recently placed third in the Open Division at the 3GN Southwestern Regional, presented by Bushmaster, held on October 11 – 12, 2014 at Copperhead Creek Shooting Club in Marble Falls, TX. In addition, he placed seventh in the Open Division at the Blue Ridge Mountain 3 Gun (BRM3G), held on October 16 – 18, 2014 at Rockcastle Shooting Center in Park City, KY.
The 3GN Southwestern Regional was one of four events of the 3-Gun Nation Regional Series, presented by Cheaper Than Dirt!. The 3GN Regional Championship Series comprised everything from the sport of 3-gun and all matches were run under the 2014 3GN Club Series Rules set.
The BRM3G was designed to test the competitor’s shooting ability over the natural terrain of the foothills of Kentucky. The stages were created to challenge the competitor’s abilities using all three of his or her weapons.
“My recent finishes at both the 3GN Southwestern Regional and BRM3G would not have been possible if not for Italian Gun Grease products,” remarked Sexton. “They kept my equipment functioning without any failures, despite the cold temperatures, rain and mud. My guns ran like clockwork and performed flawlessly. Thanks to Italian Gun Grease for supporting me during this competitive season.”

As a firearms shooter myself, I would like to know how to be sponsored?
Hi Hammer1048, Sponsorship generally comes after one has shot competitively for some time. The individual has built a solid reputation as a quality individual and shooter that a company would like to represent their products. Hope this information helps!
Thanks for the information….
