This elite event pitches the best in police and military snipers as individuals and teams in a challenging course of fire simulating real-world conditions. The Ritter & Stark SX-1 MTR long-range precision rifle, launched in 2016 has caught the interest of many international police and military agencies at many of the major global defense exhibitions. The Sniper World Cup is an opportunity for Ritter & Stark to get the SX-1 MTR in front of some of the world’s most elite sniper shooters.
The SX-1 MTR allows the operator to quickly and easily change out calibers between .308 Win, .300 Win Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum while in the field. All conversion kits contain the elements necessary for an easy transition from one caliber to another, such as the barrel, bolt face and magazine adaptor.
In addition to the ease of interchangeability, the barrels come with a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail pre-installed, allowing the operator to pre-sight optics. Thus, when interchanging calibers, the operator does not need to reset any optics since the preset scopes will maintain zero even when interchanged. This is especially important for those professionals, while in the field, must adapt quickly as their mission changes.
The SX-1 MTR’s modularity also allows the utilization of different aftermarket magazines, triggers and grips providing tactical operators with the ability to customize the rifle to their specific body-type and mission.
