Shoreline Marine™, a trusted name in quality and affordable after-market marine accessories, unveils Propel Paddle Gear by Shoreline Marine™ at ICAST 2015. This new, comprehensive line of canoe, kayak, and stand‐up paddle board accessories is geared to cater specifically to paddle sport enthusiasts, experts and novices alike, and will be in major retailers in Q1, 2016.
“With paddles and accessories to complement every paddler and their individual style, both purist and entry level, we’re extremely excited to finally show off all the hard work we’ve put into this series of products,” said Mike Jones, product manager. “Not only do we have a line of paddles to accent every paddler’s unique needs, we’ve also found a way to incorporate every budget as well.”
The new product line will be anchored by an exciting series of new paddles. Unlike most other paddles, the new Propel Paddle Gear by Shoreline Marine paddles will feature bold, exciting graphics on the surface of each blade, making them unique in appearance, and easy to spot in the water if dropped. The line will include three paddles featuring aluminum shafts, two with fiberglass shafts and one which will boast a professional grade carbon fiber shaft. In addition, two aluminum shafted, stand- up paddle board paddles will complete the 2016 line. All paddles have reinforced fiberglass blades for added durability.
In addition to providing the affordable, high-quality paddle line, Propel Paddle Gear by Shoreline Marine™ also offers a unique line of accessories to customize any boat to fit the personality of the owner, be they fisherman, experienced paddler or an enthusiastic weekender. The new gear includes suction based rod holders, GPS mounts, and a number of unique lighting solutions.
The most notable new lighting product is the line of easy‐install, 3M self-adhesive lighting strips. The lights run on AA batteries and are water resistant which makes them an ideal lighting solution for canoes and kayaks. In addition to adding style, the lights can help increase visibility of canoes and kayaks to other boats, an important consideration, since canoes and kayaks sit low in the water.
Propel Paddle Gear by Shoreline Marine™ products will be on display for the remainder of ICAST and will be available to the general public beginning in Q1, 2016.
