Advanced thermal protection for divers is now available in the U.S. through Snugpak®.
Knoxville, Tenn. (November 2025) – Snugpak®, manufacturer of clothing and outdoor products distributed exclusively for the North and South American markets by Proforce Equipment, Inc., is proud to announce the U.S. introduction of the Weezle Undersuit line at the 2025 DEMA Show, taking place Nov. 11 – 14, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. Attendees can visit Snugpak at Booth 1963 to experience firsthand the award-winning Weezle range, recognized globally for redefining diver warmth and comfort under drysuits.
The Weezle brand, manufactured in the UK by Snugpak, has set the industry standard in drysuit insulation for over 25 years. The Weezle Undersuit is the only one of its kind ever to receive the prestigious Design Council Award for innovation. Each undersuit combines exceptional warmth, packability, and durability, using Snugpak’s exclusive Softie® Premier Insulation to deliver consistent thermal protection without excessive bulk.
Originally designed to meet the needs of divers braving frigid waters, the Weezle range offers three levels of thermal insulation – Compact, Extreme, and Extreme Plus – alongside matching Weezle Undersuit Boots. Each model is carefully engineered to meet the needs of recreational, technical, and commercial divers who demand reliability and comfort beneath their drysuits.
Manufactured entirely in the UK, all Weezle undersuits share the same commitment to craftsmanship and quality that defines the Snugpak name. Each model features:
- Softie Premier Insulation (100 percent polyester): lightweight, resilient, and hydrophobic, providing consistent warmth even when compressed.
- Thermal Suede 1 Inner Lining and Paratex Light Nylon Outer Shell: creating a breathable, moisture-wicking, and durable system ideal for underwater conditions.
- Integrated ankle stirrups and thumb loops on the arm cuffs to keep the undersuit in place under a drysuit.
- Reinforced shoulder panels to protect against rear-entry dry-zip damage.
- Two-way YKK front zipper with insulated baffle for donning/doffing ease.
- Supplied compression (or stuff) sack for compact storage and travel convenience.
The Weezle Compact One-Piece Undersuit is the lightest-weight undersuit and is suitable for warmer water temperatures and those who do not feel cold. It is designed to be worn beneath a dry suit and functions effectively under all weights and varieties of neoprene dry suits. It provides warmth equivalent to lightweight insulation layers, while maintaining Snugpak’s hallmark compressibility and comfort. Ideal for spring dives or for those prone to overheating. MSRP $449.
The versatile Weezle Extreme One-Piece Undersuit is a medium-weight undersuit. When worn beneath a tri-laminate drysuit, it is suitable for waters similar to those around the UK or for those individuals susceptible to the cold. It functions effectively with all weights and varieties of tri-laminate dry suites. The Extreme has long been a favorite among UK and European divers for its reliability and easy care. MSRP $499.

Weezle Extreme One-Piece Undersuit
The Weezle Extreme Plus One-Piece Undersuit is the heaviest undersuit. When worn underneath a tri-laminate drysuit, it is suitable for extremely cold water, long decompression stops, or individuals who are sensitive to cold. It works effectively with all weights and types of tri-laminate drysuits. With the heaviest insulation weight, it is engineered for extreme cold-water and expedition-level diving. Despite its warmth, the suit remains lightweight and compressible, a testament to Snugpak’s insulation technology. MSRP $549.
Designed to complement any Weezle undersuit, the insulated Weezle Undersuit Boots address one of diving’s most persistent challenges: cold feet. Made from the same fibers as the Weezle Extreme One-Piece Undersuit, they offer warmth, comfort, and moisture management inside any drysuit footwear system. The undersuit boot design features a unique sock style that extends up the leg to just below the knee instead of ending at the ankle. This eliminates that annoying cold spot between the undersuit’s end and the sock’s beginning, which is often affected by boot squeeze at depth. Ankle weight wearers will discover that this also provides a layer of comfort not available in other undersuit boots, and long-legged individuals will avoid having a cold gap if their underuit legs are too short. Tensioners are positioned behind the knee to allow for adjustment. The smooth exterior facilitates climbing into the drysuit when worn over an undersuit, and a reinforced sole provides greater durability. MSRP $119.
For over 25 years, Weezle Undersuits have been the go-to choice for professional and recreational divers worldwide, from Arctic expeditions to commercial offshore work. Each piece is handmade in the UK under strict quality control to ensure dependable performance in demanding environments. Snugpak’s expertise in thermal insulation, honed through decades of work with military, outdoor, and rescue professionals, has made its Weezle line a trusted companion for divers who push the limits of underwater exploration.
