American Gunsmithing Institute (AGI), producers of the most authoritative Gunsmithing DVD courses, is pleased to offer M1A owners a new Technical Manual & Armorer’s Course on the design, function and repair of the M1A rifle with renowned armorer and international military firearms expert John Bush.

“The M1A is a powerful gun with a rich history. We’re glad that John Bush was able to help us create this comprehensive course. We really feel that it will help any gun lover to truly know, appreciate and be able to repair this fine rifle,” said Gene Kelly, president and founder of American Gunsmithing Institute.

M1A owners can learn step-by-step how these rifles are designed, how they function and how to disassemble and reassemble them, clean and lube the rifle, as well as how to perform common repairs. Bush will also go over how the lock-up, feeding/extraction/ejection cycle, gas and fire control systems work. In addition, Bush discusses the differences between National Match guns and standards. Students will also learn the evolution of the M-14/M1A starting with M1 Garand all the way through to the present day.
