Can you identify the make and model of the submachine gun held by the man in the photograph at http://UnCoverUp.net/?
Hi uncoverup, the gun in that photograph is just a shorty AK with a typical folding stock. It is NOT a submachine gun. It fires either 7.62×39 (most likely) or 5.45/39 (unlikely), not pistol ammo (definition of submachine gun). Impossible to tell from the photo exactly what model, but an AK is an AK is an AK.
Thank you lauraburgessmarketing, both for the identification and the correct definition of “submachine gun.” The photograph was taken recently in Tripoli, Libya, where, as all of the most recent revolutions, the most ubiquitous weapon on all sides is the AK. Thanks again.
