CAA is seeking a tech-savvy, consumer-focused, social media expert to join our marketing team that is a tactical firearms enthusiast. Ideal candidates will have a unique combination of skills and experience that will span from marketing to content management to writing to community management. The overall goal will be to create compelling, engaging content as part of our strategic marketing campaigns to spread brand awareness and gain fans/followers to our social media channels to drive traffic to our e-commerce site.
What you’ll do:
- Develop/Execute marketing strategies and social campaigns, including email campaigns that will leverage the strength of various platforms.
- Create/Manage content that will carry a consistent voice that properly conveys the brand for each social media channel.
- Manage community of fans and followers on all social media accounts.
- Research, track and analyze data to help improve effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Constantly evaluate and improve consumer experience on all platforms.
- Write/Edit copy as needed.
- Maintain Facebook, Blogs, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Responded to web store inquires and phone calls. Preform customer support role for our webstore.
- Grow our web store sales by driving traffic to our website.
Required: At least one year of managing social media for an ecommerce website.
Preferred: At least one year of managing Pay per click and keyword buying /Inbound Marketing / Content Marketing / Search Engine Optimization / Social Media SEM
