GALLS® Launches Three New Programs to Enhance the Customer Experience

GALLS CEO, Mike Fadden, during his second edition of the GALLS email newsletter, Chief to Chief.

GALLS® new Preferred Supplier Program, information technology initiatives, and a new impetus for agencies to improve their purchasing programs are all part of CEO Mike Fadden’s pursuit of customer focus.

Lexington, Ken.  (March 2021)GALLS, LLC®, the leading distributor of uniforms and equipment to public safety agencies, and private label products, announce three new programs focused on improving and enhancing the customer experience through streamlined IT processes, a new Preferred Supplier Program, and an initiative to demonstrate how GALLS can help agencies maximize their existing budgets.

In the March edition of GALLS’s Chief to Chief email newsletter, CEO Mike Fadden announced the new programs aimed at “relentlessly focusing on the customer and blowing them away with service recovery.”

First on the program list was the completion of five IT projects that reversed years-long internal cost-cutting measures that benefited only the company and not the customer. Fadden explained the new IT measures for 2021 focused on providing customers with simplified billing, shorter lead times, and greater accuracy in the entire purchasing process.

“The Preferred Supplier Partner Program is designed to significantly improve the customer experience,” Fadden said regarding the new program that includes companies like Flying Cross, 5.11, Point Blank, Under Armour®, Streamlight®, and Bates®. “In this budget environment, GALLS is working with all of its Preferred Suppliers to keep price increases at a minimum whenever possible and to provide customers deeper inventory, reduce backorders, and speed up deliveries.”

The final new GALLS customer-focused initiative is designed to help agencies maximize their already strained budgets. Fadden asks that if any agency would like to find ways to better their existing programs, to personally contact him. He will send a GALLS representative to the agency to review the available budget and find ways to take costs out of the program, to provide the agency with more cash flow to purchase much-needed equipment, such as body armor or riot gear. Interested agencies can contact Mike Fadden at MikeFaddenCEO@galls.com to set up an agency review.

“As the son, grandson, and nephew of retired police officers, I will be relentless in improving our customer service, whether you are an existing customer, a new customer, or a customer that left GALLS because of a bad experience. This is a new GALLS, and our customers are our number one priority,” Fadden added.
