International Training, Inc. (ITI) successfully raised over $7,000 for Law Enforcement United at the Third Annual Tactical Shootout, held at the ITI Virginia Campus on April 16, 2011. The event participants included Law Enforcement professionals from the Federal, State and Local levels, as well as responsible civilians who participate in competitive shooting clubs. This year’s match was a one day event with two divisions: Law Enforcement Officers Division and Competitive Shooters Division.
The match consisted of nine stages of fire with paper targets, falling steel, swingers, drop turners, shooting around, through and into vehicles, and some stages in the ITI shoot house. The match was scored according to IDPA rules. The winners were determined by the fastest overall time and include:
Law Enforcement Division:
- First Place– Brian Hughes
- Second Place– Brian Cutler (Team ITI member)
- Third Place– Jayson Smith
Competitive Shooters Division:
- First Place– Rob Tate
- Second Place– Brett Buchanan
- Third Place– Chris Molnar
