IWI’s TAVOR® Level I, II and III Operator Courses will be traveling to Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Harrisburg, Pa. (Ammoland.com) – IWI US, Inc., a subsidiary of Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) Ltd., is proud to announce its TAVOR® Level I, II and III Operator Courses will be going on the road. IWI’s instructors will be traveling to Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia to hold courses.

The TAVOR Operator Courses offer civilians and law enforcement professionals an in-depth experience with the TAVOR SAR and Galil ACE® platforms, as well as basic knowledge on carbine, pistol and precision rifle platforms. The TAVOR Operator courses are offered in three levels, from the most basic, which brings a new TAVOR owner from little-to-no familiarity with the fundamentals of bullpup shooting to proficiency, to the most advanced, the active level III course that incorporates the knowledge from the two previous courses and adds training in areas like moving from cover to cover, operating in low light, as well as firing from unusual shooting positions.

About the TAVOR Operators Course Instructors:
Tom Alibrando – IWI U.S.’s national law enforcement sales manager
Before IWI US, Tom served as a police officer, SWAT, LE Precision rifleman, instructor in all disciplines, and special investigations officer in the Prescott area of Arizona for 11 years. He also toured Iraq and Afghanistan, serving with the Department of State/Blackwater in a protective detail, as well as serving as an intelligence specialist, assistant team leader and foreign national trainer. Tom was involved with the Anti-terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program and various Counter Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) programs teaching a variety of skill sets from protective operations, close quarters battle and sniper/ counter sniper operations. He worked on the State Department Worldwide Protective Services (WPS) program in a firearms and tactics role. Tom was also the program manager for training for ACADEMI Training Services before leaving for IWI.
Malcom Murray
Malcom is a Navy SEAL veteran. He served 10 years in the teams as a sniper, breacher, communicator and master training specialist. Malcom has many tours of duty throughout South America and Afghanistan. He specializes in protective operations, surveillance, counter surveillance, pistol, rifle, shotgun, heavy weapons, foreign weapons, sniper operations, communications, navigation and combat tactics. He has 17 years of combined instructional experience for the U.S. Navy SEAL Sniper school, the Department of State Worldwide Protective Service and Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program and Blackwater/ACADEMI Training Center as a firearms and tactics instructor for government and commercial clients. At ACADEMI, Malcom was a program manager of the Executive Protection Program for commercial clients. Most recently, Malcom developed the Expeditionary Defensive Marksman Course for the U.S. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command.
