Law Enforcement Agencies Can Enter to Win a FREE Complete Investigative Genetic Genealogy Case Package for DNA Day 2020

Emporia, Va. (April 2020) – Innovative Forensic DNA LLC, announce a joint project with Project: Cold Case, SEHIA, and DNA Labs International to bring awareness during DNA Day, April 25, 2020.

One lucky law enforcement agency will win, through a random drawing, a complete investigative genetic genealogy case package including one lab service. Also, the agency will receive two free registrations to attend the SEHIA conference in November in New Mexico. To apply, the agency must have a cold case that has workable DNA for genetic genealogy. Submit your entry now by either email to dnaday@projectcoldcase.org or on Project: Cold Case’s Facebook page or Linked In page and no later than Monday, April 27, 2020 at midnight EST. Applicants must include DNA Day 2020 in the subject line of their email and include full contact information. Innovative Forensic DNA will help the winning agency with their choice of cold case and work with the agency from submission to conclusion. The DNA evidence will be tested at DNA Labs International, a private forensic laboratory with over 30 years of experience in forensic serology and DNA analysis.

A random drawing of the winning law enforcement agency will be announced during a Project: Cold Case Facebook Live with Project: Cold CaseFounder and Executive Director, Ryan Backmann, on Tuesday, April 28 at 6 pm.

National DNA Day is a US holiday commemorating the discovery and understanding of DNA and the advances this discovery has made possible in many fields from medicine to genealogy to cold case resolution.
