MasterPiece Arms’ BA Competition Chassis Surveyed as #1 Most Popular Rifle Chassis/Stock by the Precision Rifle Blog (PRB)

By February 21, 2019No Comments

PRB recently surveyed top ranked shooters in both the Precision Rifle Series (PRS) and the National Rifle League (NRL) to learn more about the gear being run at long range rifle matches.

Comer, Ga. (February 2019)MasterPiece Arms (MPA), manufacturers of the MPA BA Rifles and Chassis Systems, was recently surveyed to be the number one most popular chassis/stock system used by Precision Rifle Series (PRS) and National Rifle League (NRL) competitors by the Precision Rifle Blog. Cal Zant, shooter and author behind PRB, surveyed 150 of the best precision rifle shooters in the country competing in both PRS and the NRL to find out more about the gear they run in long range rifle competitions. The MPA BA Competition Chassis won the top spot with 27% of the PRS and NRL shooters surveyed running this particular chassis. This is the first year a chassis has won the top spot as the most popular system among this group of shooters.

“All I can say is thank you to all the shooters who have been willing to share their ideas with us. It’s a great honor to be named the most popular brand of chassis/stock systems amongst the top PRS and NRL competitors in the country. We truly are involved with a great community and we look forward to developing even more products with the long-range precision shooter in mind,” said MPA’s President, Phil Cashin.

MPA has several configurations of its highly successful BA Chassis System, with the MPA BA Competition Chassis named the Official Chassis of the 2019 PRS. This competition version includes all the standards features of the original, but includes special enhancements that are designed to give shooters who utilize the competition chassis a competitive advantage when shooting in long range tactical rifle competitions, such as the PRS and related events. There are additional hole locations on the forend for locating the rotating barricade stop, which locks the rifle in place when shooting on a variety of barricade designed stages. The spigot mount attaches to the front of the forend, giving the shooter additional space to mount their bipod.  A bag rider attachment provides better rear bag recoil management (an Enhanced Bag Rider is available for an additional fee).

MPA makes every effort to get the product to the customer as quickly as possible. These are hand-built precision instruments and not production components.
