MasterPiece Arms Makes Customer Service Priority Number One

Effective October 1, 2013, MPA directs efforts and personnel to ensure customer in-stock sales and warranty repairs are serviced and shipped within 48 hours.

As the demand for American made, MPA products soared, MPA put all efforts behind its manufacturing to fill outstanding orders. The increase in sales affected every aspect of MPA’s business including customer service.

“We recognized that our customers were experiencing problems with accessory orders and with our warranty repair orders. It was just taking too long to get the product to them,” Phil Cashin, CEO of MasterPiece Arms stated. “We re-evaluated our procedures and have now dedicated personnel and the appropriate resources to remedy the shipping delays.”

The new MasterPiece Arms Customer Service Mission states that all warranty repairs will be completed and shipped back to the customer within 48 hours of receipt. Orders for all in-stock accessories will be shipped to the customer within 48 hours of the receipt of the order (does not apply to items out of stock). If, for any reason, MPA does not notify the customer or ship the warranty repair or in-stock product within 48 hours (Monday – Friday only), MPA will issue a $25.00 certificate to be used on any MPA accessory or service.

“Now, MPA has a dedicated staff member for all warranty repairs, plus we implemented a new documentation system to track this performance,” Cashin continued. “And now, Darah Smallwood, our customer service associate who has been doing everything from orders, shipping and customer service, will now be solely dedicated to the very important role of customer service.”
