Revision Military Appoints Brigadier Peter Rafferty (Retired) to Head New UK Facility

Brigadier (Retired) Rafferty has been appointed President of Revision Military (UK) Ltd., a new facility located in Bristol scheduled to open in Q4, 2015.

Revision Military, a world leader in integrated,  purpose-built soldier solutions, announces the addition of Peter Rafferty as President of Revision Military (UK) Ltd.

Brigadier (Retired) Rafferty served over 30 years as a Regular Infantry Officer, holding commissions in the King’s Regiment and latterly the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment.  His military deployments include the Falkland Islands, Northern Ireland, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Libya.  Also  an acquisition professional, he led the Dismounted Close Combat Integrated Project Team, the Personal Combat Equipment Project Team and was Head of the Individual Capability Group responsible for infantry equipment programme delivery. He also conceived and led the development of the Integrated Soldier Executive.

Peter’s appointment to the role of President, Revision Military (UK), LTD., coincides with the establishment of a new Revision UK Facility in Bristol, as the Company begins delivery on the Cobra Plus helmets and eye protection related to the multi-year UK VIRTUS Program.  Revision’s UK presence demonstrates its commitment to the UK, and provides a location to support the European and Middle East businesses as well.
