In the 2014 movie “John Wick,” Keanu Reeves plays a revengeful ex-hitman with a deadly aim (he accounts for 76 kills throughout the film, to be exact). However, new video suggests that there may be more in common between Reeves and the character he portrays on the big screen. Training with Taran Tactical Innovations, Reeves can be seen “shredding” through a 3-Gun course, firing and moving quickly with precision and ease. This follows a video of Reeves timing world champion competitive shooter Taran Butler a few weeks ago. “John Wick: Chapter Two” hits theaters February 10, 2017.

Something straight out of a sci-fi movie, the SkyWall100 Drone Defence System is advertised as a “man-portable and cost effective counter drone system” from British engineering group, OpenWorks Engineering. The concept is simple: safely intercept a drone utilizing a parachute. Using a compressed air cannon and an intelligent projectile paired with a SmartScope to calculate the drone’s flight path, the company believes SkyWall will be deployed by both government and private security agencies by the end of the year. When they said “bigger is always better,” Germany took it to heart with the Mauser 13 mm anti-tank rifle, or T-Gewehr, during WWI. The first anti-tank rifle with the sole purpose of destroying armored targets, the T-Gewehr weighs in at around 40-pounds with bi-pod and fires a single hardened steel core round capable of piercing a 22mm thick armor plate at  100m. However, despite more than 15,000 of these over-sized rifles produced, their use was short lived. Luckily for us, a few exist and historical military firearm enthusiasts, C&Rsenal got their hands on one for an upcoming video. (via OutdoorHub)
