Michel was the 100% match winner in the Open Class, edging out former Army Marksmanship Unit (AMU) teammate K.C. Eusebio for first place with a final match score of 1191.4037. Michel has participated in the Area 6 Championships for the past nine years and has won the title eight times. This is his seventh consecutive Area 6 Championship win.
