We hare now offering the Effin-A Compensator 556 for Pre-Order at PredatorARMAMENT.com The most unique aspect of the EFFIN-A Compensator is the ability to fine tune and stack it for customized performance. It was was designed to allow the end user the ability to adjust the manner in which the gas exits from the weapon.
The EFFIN-A features 7 columns and 4 rows of exit ports that can be either opened or closed through the very simple use of set screws.The exit ports are not threaded completely through to eliminate the possibility of the screw being over turned into the chamber. This feature also allows the screw to “bottom out” increasing tightness and ensuring that it will not work itself out under the pressure of the gasses being released by the weapon. This Compensator also features the ability to “Stack” multiple comps end to end giving further options to the end user.
Muzzle climb is solved by this device in two ways; Ares Armor designed the comp with tunable exit ports, which act as an outside force that returns the weapon to a “position of rest”.
This outside force counters that of the weapon being fired where the shooter needs it most. This Compensator is also designed to directly increase the weapons moment of inertia by accurately counter balancing the mass of the front of the weapon in relation to the force of motion created by the outside force.
Due to the amount of time and money we spent on researching the amount of pressure released during the act of firing a round and adjusting the Compensator’s balance to correspond to it, Ares Armor will not be releasing the exact weight until after the pre-order is finished and products have already shipped. Note: testing was conducting with two types of ammunition, Matchgrade and GreenTips. The general weight is between 4 and 5 ounces.
The Compensator has an outer diameter of 1″ and is 1.95″ inches in length when the cap is removed. You have the choice of selecting the EFFIN-A Compensator in Black or Stainless Steel depending on which aesthetic appeals to you or fits best with your weapon.

A lot of pride was put into the design of this compensator and the initial production run will have a designated number engraved (i.e. #25 of 100) for the first 100 Black and 50 Stainless Steel that are ordered. This will only be provided for this first allotment and is only guaranteed if you order before they run out. A lot of effort was also given to provide this product to our customers at a reasonable price. You will have the option to choose a Black or Stainless Steel model. Elite Series: Advanced Releasable Armor Carrier from SORD USA
The Advanced Releasable Armor Carrier (ARAC) is the first product to be released for Pre-Order from SORD USA’s new Elite Series of Nylon tactical gear. It is now available at PredatorARMAMENT.com S.W.A.T. Magazine was the first to announce the Elite Series collaboration of Jason Falla from Redback One whom helped create the ARAC with SORD USA’S Design Team. Mr. Falla also was wearing this Armor Carrier in the cover shoot for the magazines August issue.
The ARAC as with many of SORD USA’s products was created with Special Operations units in mind who are keen on having a smaller plate carrier that can also be used in conjunction with soft armor. It is a high-speed, compact plate carrier, capable of holding soft and/or hard armor plates.
The cut of the ARAC allows maximum range of movement and does not hinder shooting positions like other larger armor carriers. The armor carrier includes a “Joey” pouch on the front with internal Velcro panels, allowing the addition of any number of items, such as the internal M4 triple shingle (included). The ARAC also features two different cummerbund options, one with top access Velcro pockets that allow for insertion of single M4 internal shingles (2 total included). Another cummerbund does not include side PALS columns, however it includes side fastex clips for getting on and off quickly and quietly.
Like other SORD releasable armor carriers, the ARAC has a unparalleled release mechanism to suit airborne operations over water or for quick detachment of the equipment in a casualty situation without the need to cut the rig off. The jettison device can be mounted on either left or right side to suit left and right-handed operators. The ARAC’s release system comprises of Teflon-coated stainless steel cables, so you know regardless of dust or water ingress, it will release on the first pull, every time. With generous adjustable shoulders and sides, the ARAC is One Size Fits All.
The Advanced Releasable Armor Carrier will initially be available in A-TACS as seen in the photo above, as well as MultiCam Camouflage. You can also choose Black or SBC (Sord Base Color), which is similar to Coyote. The two camouflage options will come with matching webbing.
