Italian Gun Grease's Max Michel take gold at world shoot

Italian Gun Grease (IGG) sponsored pro-team shooter, Max Michel, took home first place, the title of World Champion and a Gold Medal for the USA at the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) World Shoot XVII 2014, held Oct. 13 – 19, 2014 at the Universal Shooting Academy in Frostproof, FL. Michel beat out 367 fellow competitors within the Open Division with 2204.2927 match points to clinch his title. Full results can be seen here: http://worldshootusa.com/results/

The World Shoot is the largest event conducted by the IPSC and only occurs every three years. It is a multi-day match comprising of at least 30 separate courses of fire, where the best IPSC shooters from 88 countries around the globe compete for the title of World Champion. Approximately 1,800 competitors and officials attended this year.

“Italian Gun Grease helped my gear run flawlessly during all 30 stages over six days of shooting at the IPSC World Shoot,” commented Michel. “Cleaning my equipment after each day of shooting was extremely easy and didn’t take me very long which was important due to the hectic competition schedule.”
